Airing of Kilby Awards "Spirit of Creativity"On February 28, 1999, the Dallas PBS affiliate, KERA TV Channel 13, aired "The Sprirt of Creativity," which consists of excerpts from a conversation on creativity with Jack Kilby and the 1998 Kilby Laureates, hosted by Victoria Smith Downing, Chairman, Board of Trustees.
